Abby and I met a few months ago when I photographed her & her fiancé’s engagement photos. We instantly hit it off. (Read all about their session)
I am participating in Brides Against Breast Cancer’s Alexandria event and I wanted some more recent examples of bridal boudoir to have on hand to show the brides. Abby immediately answered my model call, just days before her wedding!
She came into the studio and had her hair & make up done by the lovely Janelle Nelson. Then we headed into the studio for some fun!
Abby has a great personality and we had a wonderful time playing in the studio. It really felt more like play than work, which is always a good day for me. Her wedding theme was camouflage & one of her colors was orange so we really played that up in her session. I was very excited to see that she brought me her veil to play with!
Her images, of course, came out amazing. It’s easy to do when you have such a wonderful model 😉

Boudoir photography is so much fun, especially as a wedding gift from the bride to the groom! She looks like a great model!
