If you’re a member of my V.I.B. Group (Very Important Boudie!), you most likely saw my most recent video. I went LIVE in the studio with the ever lovely and always goofy April. My assistant Jenn was also on hand to add to the general silliness and awesome lighting skills. We started a little late due to some technical difficulties (apparently you can’t Facebook live from a laptop without all sorts of workarounds, who knew?!) and there were a few hiccups along the way (I *might* have fallen under a table at one point) but it was exactly what I wanted to show all my boudies: the photos are sexy and awesome, but we have a lot of fun getting them!
I did this session live for a few different reasons. Of course, I wanted to invite all my boudies into my studio. With everyone being a bit scattered between having friends from back “home” in the group as well boudies from both Virginia and North Carolina, this is hard to do in person. (That and my Hubert studio needs some paint, window treatments and flooring before I can do anything!) I wanted to show the goofiness, how a session flows, and how my team works together. April has been in the studio before, as well as gone on location with me so this was not her first rodeo. She’s also a local model because your first boudoir experience can be nerve wracking (“oh my god, I’m getting naked for someone I barely know!!!”) and I didn’t want to add the stress of a virtual audience on top of that.

What a great idea to do a live boudoir session! It probably would show people how comfortable and fun it can be. Boudoir sessions are such a great way to express yourself and celebrate your body- love it!
That’s a fun thing to do –a live boudoir video for you private Facebook group members. I bet this helps a lot of women, who are thinking of booking a boudiour session, a better idea of what to expect.
