Have you heard of a bucket list? That list of experiences you want to have before you, well, kick the bucket. Photographers have these lists, too, of specific things they want to photograph. This was one of mine.
April and Christa are both local models and are my muses, which means I get fun ideas and call them to do them. Separately, both had mentioned, almost in passing, the possibility of doing a boudoir shoot together. I filed this information in the back of my head for later with a mental note to get dates lined up. At April’s shoot she pulled out a pair of boots and told me to use them the next time I saw Christa because they’d look awesome on her. So I did, posting the resulting image on my Instagram. April commented “wish I was there!” so we threw her a message. She came.
We only had about 30 minutes before Christa had to leave so we got what we could and made plans for a second photo shoot. This is the result of both of them!

Great job!! You got a lot for only having 30 mins! This is a beautiful boudoir session.
I would never have guessed this boudoir session only took 30 minutes! Good job!
I would have never thought to do a boudoir session with 2 models. You did a great job.
Isn’t it great when people inspire our creativity? The second photo reminds me of a painting, and those lace dresses are gorgeous!
I love how you posed these two models in a way that evokes emotion and they’re also pretty erotic for them to not be a couple. Your style of boudoir photography is very classy and tasteful and know that Eastern North Carolina women are in great hands with you!
I would have never known they weren’t an Eastern North Carolina couple! There is a lot of fire in these boudoir photos, especially only having about 30 minutes to work with.
