A few years ago, I was in a Barnes and Noble with my son when I spotted an Outlander display. I pointed this out to my then 4 year old and said “oh look honey, it’s the books mommy keeps reading” and I hear someone very excitedly say “Oh my god, me too!!!!”. This is how I met Mercedes and found the best friend I wasn’t expecting. Aside from sharing a lot of interests with each other, our husbands are both Marines who somehow ended up with orders to Lejeune and New River the same month. (I love when this happens!)
Mercedes and Jon are adorable together and their tiny pup, Ida, is a ball of energy and sweetness. We had their session at Sturgeon City Park in Jacksonville and had a lot of fun making sure we really showed off the connection between them all.
