When planning a wedding, there are a lot of things to consider! What colors and theme you want. Who to be your bridesmaids and maid of honor. When and where to have the ceremony and reception. Who to invite. And, of course, what to gift the groom the day of your wedding.
Bridal boudoir is an amazing option for your groom’s gift. You get the chance to get all glammed up and wear some of your wedding things a bit early. You get to feel like a model for a day and you end up with a white bridal book for him to unwrap before the wedding.
The images featured in today’s blog are of one of my muses, Bex. We’ve worked together a few times so we know how each other thinks. If you’d like to see those sessions, they can be found here, here, and here. We wanted to include some bridal images in both of our portfolios so we got together and made it happen.
We started with a white button up shirt, then she changed into white lingerie and a veil, going into just her veil and very careful posing. These are called implied nudes, where we give the implication of nudity without showing your goodies.

These bridal boudoir photos are beautiful! What a great gift for her groom!
I wanted to do a bridal boudoir session before my wedding as a gift for my fiancĂ© but never got around to it… I do regret not doing one. I’ll have do one as an anniversary gift instead – better late than never, right?
Just the right about of sugar and spice in these Bridal Boudoir photos! Swansboro grooms will never know what hit them!
Bridal Boudoir photos are such a great way to spice up the bedroom and keep the new hubby excited long past the honeymoon. Bex did a great job being your model, but these are just as great for the average Swansboro bride to be.
